KOKOIST USA is seeking a social media strategist who will help to develop and implement our social media strategy. This role involves creating engaging content and analyzing performance to drive our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, creative, and data-driven, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute product launch campaigns on social media for new releases, ensuring timely delivery and cohesive brand messaging across all channels
- Help plan, schedule and execute content ideas for social media platforms, mainly on Instagram and TikTok
- Shoot and edit high-quality reels for a professional based audience with an educational focus
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements
- Utilize Meta Business Suite to develop sponsored ads
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Proven working experience or portfolio in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and Meta Business Suite
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communication, business or equivalent.

- Has an interest in the beauty and nail industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Cloud Suite
- Ability to speak and understand Japanese (not required)
- Ability to speak and understand Chinese (not required)
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
