Overview
Connect Behavioral Health is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism.
This position is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates with degrees in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Developmental Psychology, Communication Studies, Education, Social Work, or related fields to gain valuable hands-on experience working with children and families. It is also a great fit for individuals pursuing a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis who are seeking practical experience and supervision hours toward their professional goals.
No RBT certification? No problem—we provide live support and training to help you become certified within your first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support skill development and behavior reduction goals
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Requirements
- Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire
(Training, competency assessment, and support provided by Connect Behavioral Health)
