Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor (Spanish/English) – Mt. Juliet, TN
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, plus every other Saturday
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor (Spanish/English) to join our team in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial janitorial services and a proven ability to lead and support cleaning staff while ensuring exceptional service quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally
- Train, coach, and support cleaning team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling and employee performance management
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
- Previous supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and equipment
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
