Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–9:00PM
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations involving airline and truck freight transfers
- Receive and process drop shipments: check in, re-weigh/measure, and stage for outbound dispatch
- Monitor and respond to the operations email and phone system
- Handle Freight Board shipment clearing and assist with end-of-day closing procedures
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Spanish/English Bilingual
✅ Reliable, punctual, and available for overtime when needed
✅ Comfortable with basic computer programs and office equipment
(scanning, printing, labeling)
✅ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently while communicating effectively with the team
