Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Work day to day as front desk Wellness Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and other healthcare policies related to medical records, medical terminology, and patient confidentiality.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in clinic operations.
- Assist in growing clinic active membership counts.
Experience
- Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting is desirable
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards.
- Prior experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience working within clinical setting is desirable
