- Own the Sale from Start to Finish
- Run appointments from inbound leads and self-generated opportunities
- Meet homeowners, build trust, and identify their needs
- Take full control of your pipeline and close deals
- Conduct in-home or on-site inspections and consultations
- Educate homeowners on roofing, storm damage, and exterior upgrades
- Present customized solutions that make sense financially and practically
- Guide homeowners through decisions with confidence
- Overcome objections and close contracts
- Follow up consistently to turn opportunities into deals
- Track activity, leads, and deals in CRM
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation — A truck is not required, but dependable transportation is essential.

Proven sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, home improvement, exterior services, or related industries.
