Job Description:
As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing auto glass on a wide variety of vehicles in-shop and/or mobile. You’ll interact with customers, ensure all work meets safety and quality standards, and represent our brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Replace or repair windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs.
- Ensure safe and proper installation following all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
- Document work performed using company systems.
- Travel to customer locations (if mobile service is offered).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto glass installation and repair.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
