- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ ICU experience, prior Epic experience required, neuro care experience preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Provide ICU nursing care for neuro/stroke, vascular surgeries, and general CC patients
- Manage ventilator settings, central lines, A-lines, lumbar drains, ICP monitoring, and other special procedures
- Care for post-op craniotomies and manage patient stabilization and recovery
- Float between SCU, NCU, and CCU, including occasional care for CC admits in ED
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes
- Document all patient care accurately and efficiently
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years’ ICU experience with neuro care preferred
- Proficiency with Vent management, ICP monitoring, EVD management, and CRRT
- ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH certifications (CPI can be obtained at the facility for $100)
- Key skills: Adaptability to float units, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills
