Primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office
- Final quality inspection of parts
- Small parts packaging for shipping via FedEx or UPS
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
- Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, calendar management, and scheduling appointments
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and courteously, whether in person or via email
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, record keeping, and basic financial data entry using QuickBooks or Access
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Experience in customer service roles or front desk positions that require professional communication and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of office management practices, including filing systems, calendar management, and time management strategies
