Job Description:
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Manage the delivery of products and services in a fast-paced client environment.
- Gather, analyze, and facilitate business requirements among multiple stakeholders.
- Understand business functions and develop domain expertise.
- Create, maintain, and update user documentation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
- Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Process and present data to create meaningful stories and develop business hypotheses.
- Establish correlations between disparate data sources using business knowledge.
- Evaluate reporting requirements, output formats, and business needs.
- Design and document business processes and data flows to support analytical initiatives and data pipelines.
- Present analytical findings and translate data insights into actionable business solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
- Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification writing, milestone planning, quality assurance, and product delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with offshore and remote teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data extraction, and data processing techniques.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
