What you'll earn:
- $250 weekly base every week you're working, to cover gas and travel
- 10% commission on every deal you close within 24 hours of presenting the contract
- 8% commission on deals that close after 24 hours
- Zero cap. Your paycheck is a direct reflection of how hard you work and how well you close. The top reps here are the ones who go get it.

- Three-week training to sharpen your game. We drill you on the products, the presentation, and the process so you walk into every home ready to win — whether you're brand new or already sharp.
- Pro-level gear, on us. Company drone, fully loaded iPad, professional presentation bags, and a full kit that makes you look like the expert and closes the gap between "maybe" and "yes."
- The full product line to sell. Roofing, siding, windows, gutters, skylights — more products means more ways to close and more commission on every appointment.
What you'd be doing:
- Closing homeowners at appointments we set for you
- Following up hard on any appointment that didn't close the first time — the money's often in the follow-up
- Keeping your notes, photos, and contracts sharp and current in our CRM
