Employment Opportunity:
Blue Sage is seeking enthusiastic, personable retail associates to provide impeccable service while helping customers find the right products for their needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting the management team with store operations, and ensuring that the store abides by all regulatory requirements and company policies. Prior cannabis retail experience a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
Answer customer questions and concerns
Ensure compliance in all transactions
Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
Assist with inventory management, packaging, and other tasks as assigned
Must role model retail professionalism in demeanor and verbal communication
Qualifications:
Retail experience preferred (cannabis retail experience strongly preferred)
Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
A familiarity with cannabis, and a passion to learn all there is to know about it
Top-notch customer service skills
Must be at least 21 years of age and pass all applicable background checks
Training/education will be provided for retail SOP's/POS systems &
Cannabis inventory/Vermont State Cannabis Control Board requirements and regulations
Pay:
$18/hr during training
$20/hr once training is complete
