As a host on our team, you will utilize your strong interpersonal skills to assist the servers in creating a positive impression of the restaurant’s hospitality, excellent service, and high standards. You will greet guests upon arrival, thank them upon leaving, have professional & hospitable communication, and set the tone for a great experience. Hosts monitor the flow of the restaurant through managing seating, reservations, and wait lists. The fast-paced and high-energy environment will challenge you as you play an important role in the overall success of the restaurant and guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality.

Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.

Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests as appropriate.

Tend to special guest needs and requests with hospitality and a sense of urgency.

Observant to guests' needs throughout dining experience and communicate needs proactively to ensure they receive high quality service.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Respond urgently and appropriately to guests’ and coworkers’ needs.

Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.

Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.

Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.

Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return.

Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.

Must be able to carry trays or supplies (up to 25 lbs.)

Food Handler Certification.
