Job Overview
We are seeking reliable Independent Contractor Courier Drivers to join our delivery network. This is a 1099 contractor position responsible for delivering small packages on local routes with high-volume daily opportunities of 100+ packages per route depending on assignment.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver small packages to residential and business locations
- Complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and on time
- Use mobile device/app for navigation and delivery tracking (if required)
- Maintain safe handling of all packages
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow all route instructions and delivery procedures
Compensation
- Average pay: $200–$300 per day per route
- High-volume delivery routes available (100-150+ stops/packages depending on route)
- Daily pay options may be available depending on assignment
- 1099 Independent Contractor (no taxes withheld)
Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible scheduling based on route availability
- Work as much or as little as desired (route-based assignments)
- Daytime and morning routes primarily available
- Finish your route and you’re done for the day
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle (car, SUV, or cargo van depending on route)
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone for navigation and tracking
- Ability to lift and carry small to medium packages
- Dependable and self-motivated
