Order Management Assistant Opportunity with Pin USA
Pin USA, the recognized industry leader in collectible pins and commemoratives, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual, with desire to learn the trade and fill the role of Order Management Assistant. Order Management Assistant is responsible for accurately entering, tracking, and managing customer orders. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving order discrepancies, coordinating with factories and shipping, ensuring timely deliveries. This position is part of an energetic, fast-paced team that works cross-functionally with multiple departments internally and factories .
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist in product development processes and track progress daily to ensure on time delivery.
- Forge and maintain productive working relationships, open communication, and shared information across all internal company departments.
- Astute attention to detail while reviewing product artwork, as well as any data entry responsibilities.
- Assist in placing orders, quotes, and art requests quickly and efficiently.
- Measure and evaluate product samples/images against the mechanical art layouts and manage any follow-up correspondence to client to achieve on time approvals.
- Fast-paced data entry, spreadsheet and item organizational/archiving management.
- Self-starter, team player, strong follow up skills, and sense of urgency.
- Help oversee client product testing processes and procedures to ensure timely submissions.
- Support the mission and vision of the company.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in product development and/or project management related business.
- Ability to independently balance multiple time-sensitive projects and tasks.
- Must be well organized with an innate attention to detail.
- Experienced project assistant that has a passion for our products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac OS applications and MS Office.
- Some understanding and experience with Design programs (Adobe CS) optional but highly desired.
- Ability to learn, operate, and navigate through new computer programs quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork and flexibility with a positive attitude and disposition.
