As we expand our footprint across the DMV region - North West DC, Montgomery County, and Fairfax County - we are seeking passionate individuals to lead hands-on activities throughout our network of partner schools.

Main Responsibilities
Program Design & Instruction:
- Design and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
- Inspire and nurture students’ talent.
- Encourage self-expression and creative exploration.
Classroom Management:
- Foster a safe, inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, creativity, and confidence.
- Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Administration & Logistics:
- Collaborate and communicate with the team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Oversee the essential logistics, ensuring operational readiness.
- Provide progress reports on activities and children’s development to parents and Aristocrafts management.
Skills and Competencies
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication with the ability to motivate children and provide constructive, encouraging feedback.
- Ability to engage students with different learning styles and needs.
- Strong collaboration skills.

- Ability to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience:
- Experience working with children, preferably in camps, schools, or enrichment programs.
- Experience managing classroom logistics and dynamics while fostering a positive, structured environment for children and youth.
Car Required: A valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car are mandatory for this position.
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
