- Come join a well -established DPO that has one full time Dentist. Seeking a Dentist that has experience. This is a 2 doctor practice.
- 6 month Daily guarantee with 35% of collections

Duties
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
- Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment options and procedures clearly to patients.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety.
- Use dental imaging technology and medical imaging tools to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures when applicable, demonstrating expertise in pediatrics and patient care for young patients.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Operate dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, charting, billing, and record management efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members practicing four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow and patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
- Adhere strictly to infection control standards and OSHA guidelines to uphold the highest safety standards within the clinic.
- Assist in dental fabrication processes when necessary, including crown preparations or prosthetic adjustments.
- Stay updated on advancements in general dentistry techniques and materials through continuous education.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice dentistry with eligibility for licensure renewal as required.
- Proven experience in dental office settings or clinics with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Open Dental.
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and other specialties is desirable.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding medical documentation and patient privacy is essential.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of various dental procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients effectively about their oral health needs.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team practicing four-handed dentistry techniques for optimal patient care delivery.
- Commitment to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $265,000.00 per year
