We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all customer service standards are met. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift, ensuring that all employees are working efficiently and providing feedback and guidance to team members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and employee morale.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain employee performance.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and coach employees on proper procedures and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to employees.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
