Restaurant Bartender Server – SOHOT Hotpot | Cary, NC
SOHOT Hotpot is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members to join our restaurant as a Bartender and Server. This position includes both bartending and serving responsibilities, so we're looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bartending experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to North Carolina law regarding the sale of fortified wine, spirituous liquor, and mixed beverages.
- Bartending experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Shifts:
- 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders and provide table service.
- Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly.
- Verify guest identification and comply with all North Carolina alcohol laws.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area.
- Work as part of the team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
