Piano Teacher (Part-Time)
QA Music School & Fine Arts is looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Piano Teacher to join our growing team in Fountain Valley, CA.
We are a welcoming and student-centered music school with an established student base. Our goal is to inspire students through high-quality music education while providing a supportive and enjoyable teaching environment for our instructors.
Responsibilities
- Teach one-on-one piano lessons to children and teenagers of various ages and levels.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.
- Help students prepare for recitals and performance opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress.
- Arrive on time and maintain a reliable teaching schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Piano Performance, Piano Pedagogy, Music Education, or a related field preferred.
- Senior undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience teaching piano is preferred but not required.
- Enjoy working with children and helping them succeed.
- Friendly, patient, dependable, and professional.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
- $28–35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based pay increases available.
