About Kafeiin
Kafeiin is a modern Vietnamese-inspired coffee and dessert shop focused on high-quality drinks, warm hospitality, and a clean, minimalist environment. We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy creating great customer experiences and working in a fast-paced café setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso, matcha, teas, and signature drinks following Kafeiin’s recipes
- Greet customers, take orders, and process POS payments accurately
- Assist with dessert packaging and to-go orders
- Maintain cleanliness across the entire store (barista area, customer area, kitchen, prep, storage, and restroom)
- Restock supplies and ingredients throughout the shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support opening/closing duties
- Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly
Qualifications
- No barista experience needed — training provided
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~25 lbs
- Weekday availability preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Schedule
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Weekday/weekend availability required
- Part-time and full-time options
