SwimSafe Pool Management is seeking a full-time Construction & Repair (C&R) Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned company providing comprehensive commercial pool management services to facilities throughout the Tri-State area.
The mission of our Construction & Repair Division is to apply industry best practices to ensure commercial pools, pumps, and related equipment are properly maintained—maximizing safety, efficiency, and the overall lifespan of each facility.
The C&R Technician will work alongside experienced team members to complete a variety of repair and construction projects, including but not limited to:
Projects are located throughout Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio, and travel between sites is required.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Experience in plumbing, concrete, and/or electrical work preferred (but not required)

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, demolition tools, and construction equipment

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
The Construction & Repair Technician supports the maintenance, repair, and improvement of commercial pool facilities throughout the Tri-State area. This hands-on role involves working alongside team members to complete a variety of mechanical and construction projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to develop new skills in a growing division with opportunities for advancement.
