Job Summary
MUST WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. You would received Monday and Tuesday as your days off. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at a CLASS A+++ community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Leasing Consultant will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates and fostering positive relationships with residents. Professionial attire is a MUST.

Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist in the completion of lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Engage in upselling strategies to promote additional services or amenities.
- Manage conflicts effectively, addressing resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and lease agreements.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling inquiries from potential tenants and current residents.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year previous experience in leasing.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close leases effectively.
- Excellent conflict management abilities, demonstrating patience and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and property laws.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing resident and prospect experiences.
