We are seeking a dedicated NOC Shift LVN to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. This role focuses on resident care, safety, and continuity between shifts, while supervising CNAs and support staff.
Schedule:
- NOC Shift
- Must be available weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun rotation) and some holidays
Requirements:
- Active California LVN License
- Graduate of an accredited LVN program
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform resident assessments (admission, weekly, and change of condition)
- Monitor and document resident status, interventions, and care plans
- Provide direct nursing care within LVN scope of practice
- Supervise CNAs and ensure quality, consistent care delivery
- Promote a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration

- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work independently on NOC shift
- Experience in skilled nursing or subacute/complex care preferred
Pay: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour
