Food Production Operator (Stand-Up Forklift) – Bilingual Spanish

Pay
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | $23.10/hour
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM | $24.15/hour
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Mandatory overtime on Saturdays (8 hours)
- Weekend availability is required
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Food Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a physically demanding position in a fast-paced food production environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around strong spice aromas and performing repetitive labor throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and sanitize production equipment and work areas following GMP, AIB, and ISO standards.
- Perform startup inspections and verify equipment is ready for production.
- Operate filling machines to package products according to production specifications.
- Print, verify, and apply product labels accurately.
- Complete food safety checks, quality inspections, and required production documentation.
- Collect product samples for quality testing.
- Safely operate a stand-up forklift to transport raw materials, finished goods, pallets, and bulk containers.
- Perform routine equipment safety inspections.
- Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production lines as scheduled.
- Remove waste materials and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support warehouse transfers and other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous stand-up forklift experience is required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
- Able to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays.
- Strong attention to food safety and quality procedures.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
