Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Mass Tort Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at Ron Austin Law. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex litigation involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, environmental contamination, and other mass tort cases. This role requires exceptional legal expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously while delivering outstanding client service.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in good standing
- Admission to federal courts preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of mass tort or complex litigation experience
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical, medical device, or toxic tort litigation
- Experience with MDL proceedings and coordinated litigation
- Demonstrated success in obtaining favorable settlements or verdicts
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software
- Experience working with expert witnesses and medical professionals
- Understanding of scientific and medical concepts related to product liability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific mass tort categories (e.g., pharmaceutical litigation, medical device cases, environmental torts)
- Background in appellate practice
- Previous experience in high-volume personal injury practice
- Trial experience in complex litigation matters
- Leadership experience in professional legal organizations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
