Job Summary:
Allina Health is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this role, you will work as part of our epilepsy and brain tumor surgery programs in addition to providing general adult neuropsychological assessment for broad referral sources including other neurological specialties, primary care, cardiology, organ transplant, mental health, and others in our large health system.

This position is integrated within a broader neuropsychology team, with strong connections across the larger Allina mental health service and Allina specialties such as the Brain and Spine Institute and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. The practice environment offers meaningful opportunities for collaboration and professional growth, including work alongside:

Additional collaboration and development opportunities include:
- Monthly case consultations with the broader neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology team

Schedule & Work Structure
- 40 hours/week (M–F)

Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values interdisciplinary rehabilitation care and enjoys working closely with a team of clinicians to support patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in awake brain surgery testing and epilepsy surgery evaluation roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments for patients across the adult lifespan
- Evaluate and support patients with conditions including, but not limited to:
- Neurodegenerative diseases
- Epilepsy
- Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
- Stroke
- Tumor
- Systemic medical conditions and organ transplant
- Neurodevelopmental disorders
- Neuropsychiatric disorders
- Evaluate patients using NeuroMapper as part of awake craniotomy surgeries
- Provide presurgical evaluations for an epilepsy surgery team
- Interpret assessment findings and provide clear, clinically meaningful recommendations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Partner with OT, SLP and other colleagues to help guide patient care within a rehabilitation-focused environment
- Contribute to a team-centered approach that emphasizes high-quality, coordinated care

Required Qualifications
Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program, an internship with experience in neuropsychology, and a postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology.
Licenses/Certifications
- Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required
- ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days
Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology or Pediatric Neuropsychology, or ABPP board eligible with attainment of certification within five years of hire date

Pay Range
Pay Range: $141,750 to $147,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
