Job Summary

Duties
- Operate company vehicles to transport cleaning supplies and equipment between sites safely and efficiently
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, and industrial spaces, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Execute custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and sanitation of high-touch areas
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep to support a clean environment
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities and vehicle operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain accurate logs of completed work and report any facility issues or safety hazards promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving company vehicles required
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy supplies, standing for long periods, and performing manual tasks
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus
