Duties
- Lead and supervise all center staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Develop and implement innovative educational programs aligned with early childhood education best practices and organizational goals
- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Manage personnel recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives
- Coordinate with families to address concerns, provide updates on child progress, and promote community engagement
- Utilize educational administrative software and productivity tools to maintain accurate records of attendance, billing, licensing documentation, and staff schedules
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing program outcomes and implementing strategic enhancements to enrich the learning experience
Skills
- Extensive experience in higher education teaching or early childhood education center administration
- Proven track record in school or educational administrative leadership with personnel management expertise in education settings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop programs that support child development and enhance educational quality
- Exceptional team management skills with a focus on staff supervision and team leadership in a school environment
- Deep understanding of education administration principles within higher education or early childhood contexts
- Excellent writing skills for report writing, policy documentation, and communication with stakeholders
- Experience working with students or young children in an educational setting is highly desirable

**Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Master’s degree or Director's Credential
- Proven experience in early childhood education program management, preferably within Head Start or similar programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing Head Start programs
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and grants
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Must be Bilingual
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
