We are seeking a part-time Growth & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen referral relationships, support outreach efforts, and coordinate marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly and relationships are maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesReferral & Outreach Coordination
- Follow up with therapists, PCPs, and community partners
- Maintain referral tracking systems
- Support outreach campaigns
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate tasks across the marketing team
- Ensure emails, posts, and updates are completed
- Track basic performance and consistency
Growth Tracking
- Maintain simple dashboards
- Monitor referral activity
- Identify follow-up opportunities
Conversion Support
- Help ensure timely follow-up with referrals
- Support intake coordination
Ideal Candidate
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
