We are a premium luxury outdoor grill cleaning and repair company, serving elite clientele throughout the Los Angeles area. Our team specializes in restoring and maintaining high-end outdoor cooking equipment to showroom condition.

What You’ll Do:
Deep Clean & Detail High-End Barbeque Grills
- Restore outdoor cooking equipment, including grills, smokers, flattops, and more, to the highest standards using specialized tools and professional-grade products.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Build rapport with clients, communicate clearly and professionally, and confidently present maintenance plans and service upgrades. This is one of the primary goals of our service, and something that sets us apart from other companies.
Protect Customer Property
- Prepare and safeguard patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, and surrounding surfaces before beginning work.
Diagnose & Troubleshoot
- Identify mechanical issues, recommend solutions, and clearly communicate findings to clients.
Document Each Job
- Log photos, notes, completed work, and payments through our company app.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must be able to transport equipment such as folding tables, steam cleaners, shop vacs, and toolboxes)
- Physically capable of lifting up and holding up to 60 lbs or more, and standing 3–5 hours per job
- Extremely strong attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Experience in auto detailing, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen cleaning is a plus — but not required (we provide full training)
- Sales confidence and customer-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
$23.00 – $30.00 per hour
- Tips averaging $100–$200/week (full-time)
- Commission & sales bonuses for parts and labor offered in addition to requested services
- $25 Bonus for every positive customer review

Schedule
- Day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
