We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Holder Associate to join our dynamic Bissinger's team at our soon-to-open store at Burlington Mall. In this Full-time role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of store presentation and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and pricing accuracy.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding payroll and employee management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work Nights and Weekends required.
- 1 year experience in Retail Department Store Management.
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
- Excellent team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and motivation.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and staff.
- Ability to analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Store Hours: Mon-Thrs 10am-8pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 11am-6pm
