Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection models to support organizational growth.
- Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting functions such as general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and other relevant financial reporting frameworks.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment to optimize fiscal health.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial data, and communicate insights effectively to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise the finance team’s activities in financial analysis, cost accounting, account reconciliation, and financial software utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems and processes while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial management or finance directorship within a corporate or non-profit environment with extensive knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and ASC 606 standards.
- Strong expertise in industry-specific financial regulations, risk analysis, governmental accounting practices, and compliance management.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business development support, and industry knowledge of financial markets.
- Proficiency in financial software applications such as ERP systems and advanced Excel data analysis skills for detailed account analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing finance teams; ability to motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals.
- Deep understanding of technical accounting concepts including accrual accounting, revenue management, cost management, and fiscal policy development.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the capacity to develop complex financial models and interpret diverse financial statements for informed decision-making.
