OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
The position is vital to the overall marketing of our properties & our success in maintaining high occupancy levels. The individual in this position is responsible for everything that a prospective client and/or a current resident sees from the time they walk on to our properties or leave their apartment homes. That first impression tells a prospective resident more about our company's operation than any words could explain. As such, this is an important position and is highly regarded within the organization. Not only is it imperative that our properties are presented well to our guests, but our residents are entitled to a surrounding that they can be proud of. Market-ready apartments must be ready for a prospective resident to view. Oftentimes the cleanliness of the vacant apartment makes the sale. Safety of our residents is also an important aspect of our service; the housekeeper is involved in maintaining floors, elevators, places that could be of potential danger to our residents if not well maintained and serviced in a timely manner.
Salary: $18-$20/hr DOE + monthly phone allowance and a competitive benefit package, including a 401(k) match after 6 months of employment
