We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Installation Technician to join our team at BTI. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain security systems for commercial clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of security systems, including IP cameras, access control, and alarm systems
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid ACE Card
- Driver's license
Work Environment:
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- Work locations vary based on client needs
- Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
