Position Summary
Empresas PPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst Instructor to provide workforce training through the ALDL Conexión Laboral Individual Training Account (ITA) Program. The instructor will prepare participants for entry-level and intermediate careers in information systems analysis, business systems, technology consulting, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver classroom, virtual, or hybrid instruction using the approved curriculum.
· Teach systems analysis, business process analysis, systems design, requirements gathering, database concepts, software development life cycle (SDLC), cybersecurity fundamentals, networking basics, and project documentation.
· Develop lesson plans, practical exercises, labs, case studies, and assessments.
· Evaluate participant progress and maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation.
· Prepare students for employment by integrating real-world projects and professional best practices.
· Coordinate with program staff to ensure compliance with ALDL and ITA requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in systems analysis, information technology, software development, or business systems.
· Previous teaching, corporate training, or workforce development experience preferred.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, systems documentation, and current technology trends.
· Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work effectively with adult learners.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master's degree in a related discipline.
· Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, PMI, ITIL, etc.) are highly desirable.
· Experience with WIOA/ITA workforce development programs.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English).
