Position: QA Analyst II & III (Only W2)
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite - 3days/week)
Duration: 12 Months – with possibility of extension
Job Description:
Overview As a QA Contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality by executing and improving test processes, collaborating with engineering and QA leads, and supporting the delivery of high-quality features. This role is designed for individuals who can operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
· Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus.
· Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with python, javascript, SQL
3 Must-Have Skills
1. Automation + code reading skills (strong technical QA, can review code and support complex testing)
2. Benchmarking/performance testing experience (define and measure quality/regressions independently)
3. Comfort using AI agents/tools in QA (for triage, debugging, and accelerating test work)
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Experience testing social networking apps (Feeds, creation, interactions)
2. Comfort coordinating with offshore teams (flexible hours for India/Mexico collaboration)
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
