Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram is looking for a part-time Service Cashier to join our award-winning team in Lockport, IL!
Job Responsibilities

Receipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales

Assist with scheduling service appointments for customers.

Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.

Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines

Balancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.

Provide backup coverage for main reception desk
-
Organize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.

Light lifting
Part Time Position:

Variable evenings: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Close (between 7 and 8pm), and rotating Saturdays

Previous Automotive experience preferred

Accounting knowledge is a plus – this position can provide great experience for accounting majors!
