This is an unbenefited position that includes a 10% incentive on hourly wage.
The Pharmacy Technician provides patient-centered pharmacy support services to meet the healthcare needs of the community, with a focus on quality care and service. Working under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, this position assists with prescription processing, inventory management, medication delivery coordination, and daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Assist pharmacists in preparing and filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

Answer incoming calls and assist patients with prescription refill requests.

Maintain prescription medication inventory, including separation and tracking of 340B and retail inventory.

Receive, enter, and reconcile inventory from wholesalers to maintain accurate stock counts and pricing.

Maintain prescription records and monitor medications for expiration dates.

Coordinate and schedule medication deliveries for patients.

Perform clerical and administrative pharmacy duties, including filing and data entry.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy work environment.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare team members.

Attend required meetings, trainings, and in-service programs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Current California Pharmacy Technician License required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Punjabi preferred.

Valid California Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and customer service principles preferred.
