Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of two establishments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both QSR and casual dining, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills, as you will be responsible for training and developing staff, managing shifts, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Manage bar operations, including inventory control and beverage menu development.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events to ensure seamless execution.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a General Manager role within the restaurant industry, preferably in both QSR and casual dining settings.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Experience in training development and staff management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Familiarity with facilities management is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff alike.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
