Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day Shift to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and nursing services
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Schedule Options:
Day Shift
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
Every other weekend required
Compensation & Benefits:
$8,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs (paid within first year)

Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR certification
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply
