Duties
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and expand existing accounts within designated territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing and gutter solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, including cold calling, follow-up, negotiation, and deal finalization.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client requirements, and offering customized solutions.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer data, forecast sales, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory management within the construction or home improvement sectors.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead client negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Expertise in CRM software (such as Salesforce) and sales management systems for tracking activities and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions, product demos, and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or outside sales environment while maintaining high motivation levels.
- Analytical skills for assessing market opportunities, setting achievable sales targets, and optimizing territory coverage.
