We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a growing, purpose-driven chiropractic practice that is transforming lives through corrective chiropractic care, rehabilitation, nutrition, and wellness.
This is an opportunity to join our team during an exciting period of growth. We are moving into a brand-new office, are expanding services, and are looking to add another doctor. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and eventually become a key leader within our practice.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments
- Maintain an exceptional patient experience
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the day
Clinical Support
- Assist with therapy and rehabilitation
- Set up and monitor Shockwave Therapy treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms
- Assist doctors as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic
Practice Growth
- Build relationships with patients
- Encourage referrals and online reviews
- Participate in community events and outreach
- Help execute marketing campaigns
- Reactivate inactive patients
- Support patient education initiatives
Administrative Responsibilities
- Accurate documentation
- Scheduling
- Office organization
- Inventory assistance
- Miscellaneous office projects

Experience in chiropractic, healthcare, hospitality, customer service, sales, fitness, or luxury service industries is a plus, but not required.
We can teach our systems.

- $25–32/hour depending on experience
