Kitchen Line / Prep Cook Position – The Signature Bar & Grill
Location: Faribault, MN (201 Central Ave N)
Job Type: Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
Schedule: Nights, primarily Friday & Saturday required. Typical shift start 3:00–4:00 PM until close (9:00–10:00 PM)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Line / Prep Cook to join our team at The Signature Bar & Grill under new ownership. You’ll help prepare pub fare, signature pizzas, and daily specials in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role focused on prep, line cooking, and maintaining kitchen standards during busy evening service.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year previous kitchen experience is required (line cooking and prep)
- Reliable and able to work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen
- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights
- Positive attitude and passion for great food and service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Time management skills, punctual, and maintain attendance
