Bluesky Brandworks is expanding our team in Traverse City and is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Representativeto join us. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Present product features, promotions, and available options
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Build strong customer relationships
- Assist with sales and promotional activities
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Motivated to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable and professional
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
