We're currently hiring coaches for our 11U–13U Cadets Travel Baseball teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead practices focused on skill development, baseball IQ, and competitive play.
- Coach games and tournaments while creating a positive, high-energy environment.
- Teach baseball fundamentals using modern player development principles.
- Help players develop confidence, discipline, and strong character on and off the field.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding schedules, expectations, and player development.
- Work collaboratively with our coaching staff to provide a consistent experience across the organization.
- Prioritize player safety while maintaining all league and organizational standards.
What We're Looking For
We're much more interested in great teachers than impressive playing résumés.
Ideal candidates are:
- Passionate about coaching and player development.
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic around kids.
- Dependable and highly organized.
- Strong communicators with players and parents.
- Open to learning and growing as a coach.
- Team-oriented and committed to representing Ignite Baseball professionally.
Previous coaching experience is preferred. Former college or professional playing experience is a plus—but the ability to teach, communicate, and inspire young athletes matters even more.
Qualifications
- Baseball playing and/or coaching experience.
- Ability to lead practices and games independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for games and tournaments.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass any required background screening.
