Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with confidence and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and accurately handle cash transactions
- Scoop and serve ice cream in a timely and efficient manner
-Memorize espresso and crepe menu and instructions
-Make espresso drinks in a timely and efficient manner
-Make crepes in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with food preparation, such as making crepes
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cashiering or food service is preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to confidently work in a very fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and cash handling
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
