Local Tree Service Seeking EXPERIENCED Tree Service Foreman

Job Description : As our Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of tree care professionals to ensure the safe and efficient completion of tree trimming and tree removal operations in various locations. You will be expected to oversee and manage the daily operations of the team, including planning and executing work orders, managing equipment and personnel, as well as interfacing with clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree care or related field
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety regulations
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as bucket trucks and chippers

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of tree care professionals to ensure the safe and efficient execution of all work orders
- Oversee the daily operations of the team, including planning and executing work orders, managing equipment and personnel, etc.
- Perform tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for tree care services
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure timely submission of reports
Skills:
As a Tree Foreman, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage your team and communicate with clients. You will also need to have a deep understanding of tree care techniques to ensure that jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Additionally, proficiency in operating and maintaining tree care equipment is essential to the success of this role. Finally, you will need to be able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
