Stone Mechanical is seeking motivated HVAC Install Helpers to join our team in Cookeville. This role supports residential replacement and retrofit installations. The ideal candidate has basic hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the HVAC trade.
Pay: Starting at $17/hour + DOE
What You’ll Do
- Assist with residential HVAC replacement and retrofit installs
- Support lead installers on job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment properly
- Follow company safety and installation standards
- Provide professional customer interaction when needed
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months HVAC experience
- Experience with replacement and retrofit work preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic HVAC tools and mechanical knowledge
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Strong work ethic and reliability
