Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure required in Alabama
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school-age populations
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and school-based documentation
- Expertise with various evaluation and therapeutic techniques for diverse student needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with varied abilities in both individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insight on student needs and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student development
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and legal standards
- Adapt interventions to address the specific developmental stages and goals of PreK-8th grade students
- Provide mentorship for SLP-CFYs (if qualified)

- Consistent schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday
